Incident didn't fired at pager duty end.

Hi Team,
We have integrated pager duty with Prometheus and at the receivers we have added the service key as well however even though we can see alerts at Prometheus end, alerts are not reaching pager duty. This is happening in production. Could you please consider this on priority and help us to solve the issue.

Pager duty Service name and key:
